Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to the Sage Team, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at Salon Sage+ If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the salon or your provider to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved.
